This is a vintage French majolica (or 'barbotine', as they call it in France) plate made by Sarreguemines, in France, circa 1890. There is slight crazing due to its age, although no chips. This plates would make for a spectacular wall display or an exceptional addition to a majolica plate collection.

 

Hand-painted, authentic, ceramic, and sold individually.  **Additonal images are available, as always, upon request. 

 

The dimensions of each plate run 8" in diameter.
