This is a vintage Fostoria Bowl (or an Open Jam/Jelly) in the 'Coin' pattern and Light Blue color. The Great Seal of the U.S is depicted on the bowl as well as a torch signifying the way to freedom and the path to liberty. It measures 4" in both height and diameter. It may be used as an open candy dish, or an open jam and jelly bowl.
