This is a vintage Fenton 'Silvercrest' bowl with a double crimped ruffled edge, made of milk glass. It measures almost 10 inches in width (from ruffle to ruffle) and 4 inches in height. It would be an elegant piece to display fresh fruits in, or to simply use as a centerpiece display.
