This is a vintage crystal cake stand made by Fostoria Glass Company, circa 1940. It is quite durable weighing in at over 7 lbs.  It measures 10 1/4" in width and 7 1/4" in height, and is 'clear' in color. 

 

This cake stand is in impeccable condition, with absolutely no chips, cracks, or scratches.
