This is a 'French Majolica Plates' by Hautin Boulenger Choisy Le Roy, circa 1800's. There is slight crazing due to its age, although no chips. This plate would make for a spectacular wall display, or an exceptional addition to a majolica (or 'barbotine' as they call it in France) plate collection.
