This is a vintage Westmoreland flat flower pot in the Paneled Grape pattern and Milk White color.
 
This flat flower pot measures 4 1/4" in height, 4 3/4 in diameter and is in mint condition.  There are absolutely no visible cracks, chips or scratches.
