This is a Fenton Hobnail 'Ash Tray' or as we prefer to use it, a 'Chip & Dip' or 'Shrimp Dish' made of milk glass. Use the center of the dish for your cocktail sauce, and hang your shrimp along the perimeter. Really, you could use this divided dish for just about anything you desire.  It might make a nice crudité dish as well.
 
This dish measures 8" in diameter and 2" in height.
