This is a vintage milk glass cake stand with a ruffled edge on the platter and a hobnail patterned footed pedestal. It was made by Fenton Art Glass Company, circa 1950.
 
This cake stand measures 5" in height and 13" in diameter and is in mint condition.  There are absolutely no visible cracks, chips or scratches.
